We are working with various industry experts, university professors and chemical experts to develop the expertise in composites for the complete partsdesign, part development, testing & validation, process definition and development as well as prototyping.
Our main areas of work are:
• Composites Manufacturing for the Transport Sector
This applies to conventional combustion engine vehicles as well as to e-vehicles and hybrid vehicles due to the strong necessity to bring down weight in all automotive categories – this is equally valid for 2-,
3- and 4-wheelers. However, e-mobility is more dependent on weight reduction, since the weight of a vehicle determines the mobility range within one charging cycle of the battery.
Hence, the use of carbon fibres is significantly under consideration in e-vehicles and hybrid vehicles since a few years.
Our field of expertise include, but not limited to:

• Composites Manufacturing for the Chemical Industry
FRP pipes and tanks are produced with state-of-the-art computer controlled Continuous Filament Winding or Pultrusion machines that allow pipes of any transportable length to be produced.
Pipes produced with these processes and equipment are consistently uniform in wall thickness, composition and physical properties, insuring compliance with international specifications that include AWWA C950, ATSM D 3517, ASTM D3262 and so on.
