Virtual simulations [DFA (Design for Assembly) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing)]
We have decades of experience in carrying out virtual manufacturing and assembly simulations
before the design is released for manufacturing. If done correctly, this process could save a
significant amount of costs and time to any organization. They key is to have the experienced
team who are capable of simulating the manufacturing and/or assembly process which will be very

Prototyping and Testing
We have been working with our partner companies in Europe and Asia to make appropriate prototypes
depending on the requirements.. We are capable of manufacturing prototypes using all the latest
technologies and materials. We work with some of the latest prototyping technologies like Laser melting
(digital additive manufacturing process), Vacuum casting, 3D Printing with various materials,
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), SLA (Stereolithography), RIM(Reaction Injection Moulding),
machined parts and the standard soft mould injection moulded parts.
The prototypes could either be for simple visualization of the ideas before or
after the design process or to check the fit and function of the designed product or complete validation
of the design which includes durability, effect of aging, or the functioning in different climatic
conditions, etc. We carry out all the testing and validations according to the European and
International Standards and ensure the product is fit for mass production.
